This workbook can be used in conjunction with therapy. Speak to your mental health practitioner about whether this would be helpful in achieving your goals.

Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle is an excellent book for those wanting to learn more about stress and burnout. The examples provided make it simple for people to get a deeper understanding of a complex topic.

Attached by Levine and Heller is about attachment styles. It describes the different attachment styles and how those impact our relationships and ways of connecting. This resource is often recommended to couples or those wanting to improve a romantic relationship.

What My Bones Know: A Memoir of Healing from Complex Trauma by Stephanie Foo was a raw and heavy read. Please check the content warnings as there are detailed descriptions of potentially triggering events and memories.

I listened to this in the audio version.

Radical Compassion: Learning to Love Yourself and Your World with the Practice of RAIN by Tara Brach is an excellent source for teaching and practicing self-compassion and love. It breaks down the steps of a mindfulness practice that provides the basis for many helpful activities. I recommend the audio version if you like guided meditations/mindfulness.

Getting the Love You Want: A Guide for Couples is one of the most recommended couple's books. This is a guidebook to be used by those in romantic relationships to improve relationship satisfaction.
